Having kids doesn't guarentee they will care for you. Parents get left and forgotten at nursing homes everyday.

as a child of divorced parents who separated when I was still really young, that i don't even remember how it went. it's true. yes, they both loved me, but one was going through a drug addiction (she's better now), and the other has bad anger issues. did they love each other? no. do i still not know the reason why they divorced when I'm almost about to be 17? no. do i want kids? absolutely not. I am not the best at relationships but at least I try.

I’m a child of hopefully soon-to-be-divorced parents, and it’s honestly… really weird. It’s like I’ve watched them fall out of love with each other, but also just watched my father become more and more obsessed with himself.

I'm don't really want children I'm just ok with being a parent, my point is having kids or not having them isn't really that big of a difference to me cuz I love being a dad but I won't try to be, like here's the thing if I have a child I'm loving them and taking care of them if I don't it doesn't really matter as I would still have my wife by my side

I've always felt drawn to parenthood and am excited to have kids so I can give my children the same feeling I have when I think of the good times with my family and hopefully a lot more so. I'm excited to help and watch an amazing human being grow into their best self.

… I dont know i love your stuff! But im a bastard child that internalized not being aborted and now I do end of life care to be worth life? I see all the people who don’t have family who’s willing to change diapers and wipe ppls face and it’s my 4th time at this hospice & they know I’ll take care of every family member till their last breath. I’m blessed to be there. And I want to give my Soviet family names legacy to live on?
