My mom’s friend was married to a Doctor from Switzerland, he wanted to immigrate to Canada but Canada said ‘’you credentials are not valid here in Canada’’ mind you, the man spoke French, English and German and had been a doctor for decades… Canada is smoking crack because if I was Prime Minister, that guy would be put into a hospital ASAP

the government really does need to step in here what gets me is we have drs coming from different countries willing to work but Canada is forcing them to go back to school I'm pretty sure humans are humans !! so I mean do your reference check make sure they have no malpractice suit make them work under a dr. who can sponsor them by sponsoring I mean over watch of them making sure they know what they are doing for atleast a year or two if they pass that let them practice for fuck sakes

Canada government is trash and their health care system way worse then the USA , how I see it , Americans go to Canada for cheaper medicine, Canadian come to America so they don’t have to wait 5 years to see a doctor.

The doctors are not paid that much. They can make double in the states. The other problem is mismanagement. Hospital management just takes the money and never hire frontline staff. Most Canadian hospitals have three administrative staff that never see a patient for every frontline staff.

In Canada, it’s very difficult to become a doctor a lot of people have to leave the country to get in a medical school and it’s really expensive sometimes it’s not even worth it

once i ordered an uber and it was a Palestinian who managed to escape war. He was a successful surgeon back there but cannot find a proper job here. So during the day, he works in a factory and he does uber at night. Broke my heart to this day.

Here it goes Canada medical system. 😂. Tried to many years to tell them your health insurance is not free. It’s embedded in your super high taxes but now they will believe it for sure
