Trump told people to not wear masks, to not get vaccinated (even though HE did), and that COVID wasn’t serious. The death toll in the USA was Trump’s fault. It didn’t have to be that way.

British Columbia Canada had very few hard restrictions, but what we did have was a population willing to just follow the best practices guidelines without being told that had to follow them. Amazing what happens when people just trust the science.
