I bought a car that Subaru had redone the engine. Two weeks after I bought the car, so not the original owner. The engine blew. I had it for two weeks. I went to the Subaru dealer. And the manager said we don’t know what you did with the Subaru in the two weeks you had it so no we’re not even going to look at it. OK fine. Spent the $8000 on the car and the Subaru dealership in Meridian Idaho would not even say, let us look at it. So I bought a brand new Nissan rogue! It was a slick haired Mngr, he could have said “yes we will look at it” he didn’t. This was in 2022. If they had cared, maybe I would have bought a new Subaru. Now, not ever! They had replaced the engine, months before I bought it. The car is still here, it’s nice inside, but doesn’t run because of them. 8k. Not a lot for me. But this is what they do!

💀 one of my friends who bought THREE cars from Nissan was upset about a deal a sales man made (closed deal and the guy no longer works there) she returned the third vehicle, they trespassed her!!!!! wtf

Receiving training? 😳You’re kidding me!!! People get fired for trivial things and this manager tries to destroy a family business because he was incompetent and dishonest with a customer and he gets training as a consequence, no, this can’t be!!!!
