That’s false, that’s straight American propaganda, Haiti is not hell, Haiti is a Big place it contains 10 Department only one of them is being taking over by Gangs (That is Port au Prince), the rest of the country only has Governing issues due to the problem in the Capital, Haiti is a mountainous Land which mean a lot of it areas are hard to visit how is that country hell when the gangs can’t reach those places easily.
