to be fair, this is good for repetitive movements like bending over and lifting things that are 40lbs+. Yeah you and i can do it no problem, and faster, but doing those same movements for years destroys your back. Plus opens more people up to be moved to training for higher skill jobs, thus making smarter & better workers in the long run. ez win
