The boondocks characters have so much development and depth but it’s overlooked by the humor

i have not watched the boondocks yet. every clip i see is the most "bomber them with humour!!" type of thing i see,yet every character analysis i see is some of the deepest and realistic things ever. i don't know how they balance it,i guess I'll only find out if I watch it
