Think about it u know exactly what im going through yet im solid mentally strong despite what’s said i had to be to be where i am i still so much to face to achieve and a life to build it starts somewhere i believe in myself my ability’s I walk in confidence strength and determination a will for better making today its best to offer to try tomorrow for a better one life its to short value it what ive learnt about my mate is to appreciate life i see it through his eyes and see he’s fighting cancer stage four in hospital for weeks now i learnt that u need to slow down appreciate the beutiful things around when your a person who wants to help others u realize there’s nothing u can do to heal it just offer support i see how he lights up when i walk in when visiting just how much difference i make to a room to people that’s me not perfect or id take that illness away all i can do is send quiet thoughts as prayers for him his family and recovery i find it hard when there i hate hospitals fear them actually a form of trauma from past anxious as and unsettled trying to hold together when leave as walk out but i think of others problems i have my own too i take on a lot and handle it with maturity strength and just i cant change it cards dealt all i do is try and have a will not to quit its not a option i no choice so i dealing with it a day at a time one foot in front of other focus and determined nothing will break me I wear scars people would not handle well but each was tribute to how hard i try and came
