I know I've been paying T-Mobile for the last 17 years. I have six lines on my account and for what they get paid the phones should work unless all phones are down. I was lucky it didn't have any but something was happening with my phone but there was Wi-Fi I was in my house 🤷🏽♀️it is very annoying how they will send you a disconnection notice when you are one day late and you've been a customer for 17 years now. mine is on autopay for the last couple of years but even when they send me the reminder to pay the bill it's on autopay. like what are you talking about? leave me alone. I don't even want to see anything from you. and now this and they have Wi-Fi service. I have mine through Xfinity so I don't really have problems like that. but who's to say that everybody was without any way to communicate and they want to take out all the landlines? what happens in an emergency when nobody can use their phones?
