I know everyone doesn’t have one but 1/2” electric impact works wonders. Even if it’s this stuck. Next step is some penetrating oil and or heat. Then loosen, tighten, loosen, tighten until the rust breaks

Here’s a bright idea. Before you ever even take the tire off or get the vehicle off of the ground , grab a floor jack , some wd-40 , half inch ratchet , the right size socket in a shortie , make sure it’s a 6 point impact socket , take the floor jack and jack some of the weight up at that specific side , not completely off the ground but just take a little of the weight off of the axle , then take the floor jack piping you just used to jack up the car a little bit , put it over the handle of the ratchet and before you go trying to break it loose , spray the axle nut threads with some wd-40 to the best of your ability and let it sit for maybe 2-4 mins, then try to break it loose , This method has never failed me and I have to do most of my work with pretty limited tools and on the ground without a lift

I’d like to know. Sprayed pb blaster on mine used an impact wrench nothing happened. I used a breaker bar with two poles hooked on for extra leverage and nothing . tried the jack method you tried , lifted the car. I gave up.

rigid 1/2" impact will bust that thing loose so easily. go get it from home depot for like $200 only. with a case batteries chargers. lifetime warranty
