I'm the type of person who thinks communication is very important but i struggle with it myself. it's hard for me to open up and say what hurt me, it's a past trauma when I communicated my feelings and my feelings were not considered as important or completely ignored. from my family and partner side and sometimes even from friends. I'm afraid to communicate what hurts me because I'm afraid that the other person has a reason for it and can't change it or that they have problems with themselves. I'm afraid to say what I feel because I'm afraid I'm too sensitive and I'm actually making a problem out of nothing. i want to communicate properly without struggling, I'm tired of suppressing my feelings and I need to talk about them. I tried to work through it but it's so damn hard for me

I chose to communicate…my past self would call me stupid but I am just too tired to care anymore, i don’t care who I lose i don’t care will stay I just don’t care. I will hurt and thats normal but I’ve already dealt with enough emotional pain that it will just disappear in a few days, reason why I chose communication is because my whole life I wanted to be seen like clear water in lakes. I was tired of people only doing a half ass job at understanding me and I knew before I ever go I want everyone to understand

that’s true, communication is scary. but you and your partner need to be honest with each other no matter what. honesty is very important, and that is what will keep you guys together and feeling like you can tell each other almost anything due to trust. it’s REALLY scary, but it ends up well.

It is indeed very, very hard to do it. Without communcation it’s tension, that it feels very heavy and very wrong, the hardest part is when just one person is doing the communication and the other didn’t even thought about it, the peaceful feeling when u say whatever u want is worth it tho, but the feeling when u feel stuck and mad that no one is initiating a convo is hard, I don’t want to be the bigger person all the time, especially when I wasn’t the one that hurted the other

It’s the hardest thing because I had to do it with my crush I texted him what he needed to hear not what he wanted and I was so scared he was gonna hate me but he didn’t hate me he appreciated it because no one has done that for him

its so hard to communicate with my boyfriend, im so scared he's gonna leave if i point out where he did wrong. I'm thankful hes amazing, and he WANTS me to point that out. im so happy i found someone who made me want to communicate rather than suck it up and move along with it. we've been going on for a year and a half and i couldn't be happier that he's mine, even through all our disagreements and issues

I avoided communication for so long until i found an amazing partner who doesnt make the things i find issues feel small or unimportant. He takes them into consideration and we talk about it and fix it. All it takes is a good partner
