Going to Rome and want a wonderful view over the city? I’ve got you covered. Here 5 of the best panoramic views in the city. They are all located in the city centre and easily reachable 🥰 1) Giardino degli Aranci (Garden of the Orange Trees): this park located on the Aventine Hill has a beautiful terrace over the city and ond of my personal favourites 🧡 2) Belvedere del Gianicolo: located above the area of Trastevere, this terrace has such a romantic vibe 🥰 It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with someone you care about ❤️ The view over the city is spectacular! You can come here by car/scooter ecc, or have a 15 minutes walk from Trastevere. It will take a small effort but definitely worth it. 3) Terrazza del Pincio: this terrace has the perfect view over Piazza del Popolo and with musician often playing here, it gets such an amazing vibe. It’s a popular spot for Roman and tourists to go and enjoy the view (and sunset as well). 4) Terrazza Caffarelli: probably the least know of the list. It’s just next to the Campidoglio. Here I was almost all alone and it was so beautiful 😍 You are immersed in the city as you are right next to the Jewish Ghetto and the Altare della Patria. 5) Terrazza Viale del Belvedere: easily reachable from Trinità dei Monti within 5 minutes, this terrace has a stunning view over Rome as well 😍 For me it’s super hard to choose a favourite, but these are all worth to see. If you must pick just 2 (as you might not have a lot of time to see all of them) I would go to Giardino degli Aranci and Terrazza del Pincio.
