This is very incorrect. A single 30 mA RCD is not meant to protect an entire apartment because it trips at 30 mA of leakage current. Across a whole apartment, a total leakage current of around 30 mA can be normal. What does that mean? It means that if you wire the entire apartment this way, the main RCD will trip constantly. If someone has done it and it hasn’t been tripping, they’ve simply been lucky.

al uscita del sezionatore ( quello azzurro ) devi andare al ingresso del int. differenziale e non nel uscita , lavora in modo errato e anomalo con il rischio che non intervenga , poi dal uscita del differenziale vai al ingresso dei vari interuttori unipolari .
