Babes I looked the same! This is an allergic reaction to the active acne ingredient benzoyl peroxide. Make sure you mention that to your doctor cause it’s in other stuff as well! I looked identical to your photo many years ago and it was a confirmed allergic reaction to that acne treatment! Made all the pimples go away but felt like it burnt off my entire first skin layer 😂
