In a symbolic and esoteric interpretation, one could say that studying both poles allows one to seek a form of balance: The Sun represents inner light: consciousness, knowledge, truth, inspiration, and elevation. Saturn represents grounding: discipline, limitations, responsibility, structure, and embodiment in the material world. The idea is that one without the other can become unbalanced: - An exclusively solar dimension may remain in ideals, visions, or spiritual seeking without concrete embodiment. - An exclusively Saturnian dimension may become rigid, materialistic, or trapped in rules. From this perspective, the path of balance is to unite the light of the Sun with the structure of Saturn: to receive knowledge and transform it into action, wisdom, and responsibility. This is an idea found in some Hermetic interpretations: the spiritual must descend into matter, and matter must be illuminated by consciousness.

This guy’s right but words can be limiting , there has to be a balance between both in order to function in this realm, thing is most people paint “ money “ which is just an “ exchange tool” to be “evil” or “bad” which appears as something “ material” but even the foods we consume are “ physical” and “material”.

The whole message of Jesus revolved around transcending both the physical world (principalities/laws) and the sun (false light) to return to source (unity, creator, true source of light, our birthright). I can't speak on Hinduism, I don't know enough to say, but the similarities are there. The Upanishads seem to align somewhat with this concept too.
