I saw a street food vendor the other day with gloves on, touch multiple items, surfaces, food etc … then wipe he hands on her trousers and continue as normal. Disgusting. Gloves are a terrible idea in a commercial kitchen setting

I have been a chef for 10 years the only time I use gloves is handling raw meat then bin them I always wash my hands don’t understand people sometimes 😂
