same thing almost happen to me in my workplace a customer said he plug his phone in is room wen he came back he didn't see it, normally as a receptionist i usually take d keys customer are not allow to go with d hotel key but luckily for me dat day i was feeding my baby so i didn't take his key from him, he wanted to raised alarm i told him to call his friend cus he was not alone wen he came he started calling his friend but he didn't pick so we ask him to go n bring dat he friend only for d both of them to come n the friend said he unplug d phone dat his friend was not aware omo i burst cry oo
