to be honest I'm usually on the cops side but theu didn't bring the man to a hospital so I will say it was there fault for that

Tbh yes it’s our procedures to take them to the hospital. It’s EXTREMELY annoying and usually they do it thinking their “jail time” has already started. Had a guy swallow fentanyl, go to the hospital for a week and took him into the jail. This was a failure.
