دو حقوق ہیں حقوق اللہ یعنی اللہ کے حقوق اور حقوق العلبد یعنی بندوں کے حقوق اور اللہ کے حقوق اس نے پورے کیے لیکن بندوں کے حقوق سے محروم ہے اللہ تو اسے معاف کر دے گا لیکن جو حقوق بندے کا ہو اور وہ بندہ پورا نہ کرے تو اللہ بندوں کے حقوق میں سے اس کو تب تک معاف نہیں کرتا جب تک وہ بندہ اسے معاف نہیں کرتا اگر اللہ کا حکم پورا کرے تو اس حقوق میں اللہ معاف کرے گا لیکن بندے کے حقوق میں نہیں اور اسلام اجازت دیتا ہے کہ تم شادی کرو اور انصاف بھی کرو اور یہ بھی بات ہے کہ پہلی بیوی کو پتہ ہونا چاہیے کہ شوہر دوسری شادی کرنے لگا اور اصل پوائنٹ یہی ہے کہ بس پہلی بیوی کو پتہ ہونا چاہیے پھر شوہر دوسری شادی کرنے لگا رسول اللہ نے فرمایا پہلے اپنی پہلی بیوی کی عزت کرو اور عزت سے اس سے پوچھو وہ اجازت دے یا نہ دے تم نکاح کر سکتے ہو لیکن اسے پہلے بتاؤ گے نہیں بتاؤ گے تو گناہ تو یہ دھوکہ ہے اور دھوکے کی معافی کبھی نہیں ملتی اور بندوں کے حقوق سے محروم ہے یہ شخص اور اس نے گناہ کیا ہے اپنی بیوی کو نہ بتا کر اگر بتا کر کرتا تو انسان کے حق بھی پورے ہوتے ہیں اور اللہ کے
