HIGH PROTEIN Mediterranean pasta bake (aka: The Dish You’ll Make 5x This Week)
This is a one-pan magic. It’s so easy, so good, and packed with 27g of protein per serving without even adding meat from my Kaizen lowcarb high protein pasta. Add chicken, shrimp, or tofu for an easy meal over 40g protein. Use my @Kaizen Food Company lowcarb high protein pasta, or use any high protein pasta you like. Here’s what you’ll need:
12 brown mushrooms, quartered 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
1 shallot, thinly sliced
6 oz feta cheese
1/2tbsp each dried basil & dried oregano 1 tsp each smoked paprika & chili flakes
Garlic clove 2 tbsp olive oil 1-1.5 cups chopped baby spinach
8 oz cooked high-protein pasta (I used my Kaizen lowcarb Lumache)
Optional: extra feta, chili flakes, and fresh basil to finish Here’s how I made it: 1.Preheat oven to 400°F. 2.In an oven-safe dish, add mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, shallot, feta, basil, oregano, chili flakes, and smoked paprika. 3.Place garlic cloves on a small square of parchment, drizzle with olive oil, and fold into a little pouch. Tuck it into the dish. 4.Drizzle everything with 2 tbsp olive oil. 5.Bake at 400°F for ~35 mins. 6.Remove the garlic pouch, squeeze the softened cloves back into the dish, and mash everything together with the chopped spinach. 7.Stir in your cooked high-protein pasta—I used my Kaizen Lumache (20g protein, 6 net carbs per serving). 8.Finish with more cheese, chili flakes, and fresh basil. You can add chicken or shrimp and you’re looking at 40g+ protein in a single serving. ENJOY! . . . #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #keto #ketorecipes #goodmoodfood #healthyfoodshare #healthyrecipes #lowcarbpasta #ketopasta #proteinpasta #mediterraneanfood
