Yeah this doesn't work, I have tried and used different AI's and their models. ZERO callbacks, ZERO interviews, it's either ghosts or rejections.

My friend write a plain resume classical Times New Roman without anything. Just standard template. But he easily gets more than 10 positions. why? because he listed one of the recommender who is Ministry 😂😂

funny. people think this is new but AI has just learned from good CVs. always find a friend who's good at this stuff. mine was my uncle who ran an interim management company. with his help I was consistently hitting >80% reply and interview responses. he's retired now, I offer that same wisdom to my family & friends
