Here's your feedback: 1. Good stacking 2. The procedure is to place the patties down from right to left, and pick them up in the same order 3. Seems you did change the tray liner, which is good 4. You are supposed to use the grill rag to clean your spatula (not the tongues) 5. You're not supposed to have any drinks in the kitchen area (the cup on your right). This is a safety hazard. If you accidentally drop that in the frying oil you'll get a boiling oil explosion
