Ah, I’m so upset by the owners response! My husband and I have been going to Russel’s since moving to STL about 4-5 years ago. To be fair, we usually go for breakfast and I get the Lola Jean sandwich, which is killer. I’m sorry your experience was mid! I’m even sadder about the response 😢

what’s crazy to me is that he and other people are saying, well if something was wrong you should’ve sent it back! that’s not the point of an honest review. you are reviewing your initial experience, not giving them another chance to fix it.
