I work nights and most problems come from afternoon shift. then mornings cause problems and blames us😐 we have a saying at my work place. "morning shift is the golden shift, they can never do wrong" spoiler alert, they always do wrong😂

We got a resident who we can only check on at 2am to change, it’s in their care plan that we cannot check on them between 3-8am as their poa requested it so the resident can sleep properly. Day shift is always upset when the resident is obviously soaked and are always mad at us night shift for it. Like you guys also have access to the care plan, you know that we cannot change that resident after 3 am as stated I. The care plan. We have tried convincing the poa to let us but they always refuse.
