@crmnallyobsessed: HE’S NAKED AND THEY’RE AFRAID. A Baltimore, MD neighborhood is being terrorized by an unknown flasher who’s been causing problems for months. Residents from Baltimore’s Canton neighborhood have reported an elderly man wandering the streets naked in the middle of the night. Residents have recorded the flasher in hopes that the police will be able to identify the mysterious man. Evidence shows the man sometimes completely nude and other times wearing nothing but a sports jacket. Neighbors say the encounters have been happening for months, with some changing their daily routines because they no longer feel safe walking alone or being outside late at night. Others say they've even started carrying pepper spray. At this moment police have yet to arrest any suspects or comment on possibly increasing police presence in order to catch the flasher. #Maryland #CrimeNews #CaughtOnCamera
