For those saying this looks like Black Panther, Moana, or The Woman King you’re wrong. This is based on a book called Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi, a Nigerian-American author. It’s a fantasy novel, not real history or folklore tied to any other franchise. Everything in this trailer is a depiction of what’s already in the book it has nothing to do with Wakanda or The Woman King…most of yall have not read the book 🤦♀️

We dont get movies like this yes it may remind you all of black panther but why not celebrate another black casted movie we dont get them alot n with magic in it as well, and the cast come on this movie was beautifully made n casted I am so in n can not wait for the premiere!! LET GO Blood n Bone!! 👏👏👏👏

I'm fan of the books but I hate this. Even Zélie's is wrong! Her hair was supposed to be curly (even better afro) white hair when she gains her power and becomes more powerful. Everything in here doesn't scream Yoruba. I'm Mukongo so obviously I'm not Nigerian (Yoruba) and don't have knowledge of their culture but this looks very generic of what Hollywood thinks of "African" culture. Hair, clothes, accent everything is sloppy. They literally could contact Nollywood producers, creative directors, etc and work together. Even music wise, why is it Beyonce? Mind you, I'm a fan of her but the whole African continent has amazing artists: Dibi B (🇨🇮), Fally Ipupa (🇨🇩), Diamond Platinum (🇹🇿) and much more. Like damn..... I didn't born nor never visited an African country but I sure do know more compared these people. Is annoying.

As a person who grew up watching Nollywood shows or rather Nigerian movies from Nigeria..... There nothing Nigerian or yoruba about this movie which is so fucking funny and insane 🤣🤣

This feels like the woman king 2, is literally the same plot, viola davis character is the mentor of Thuso Mdebu character like the woman king and Lashana Lynch character 💀 in this movie literally in the trailer spoils that scene like the woman King. Why?
