@fage_uk: You only need 3 ingredients to make these FAGE Fruits Mango Ice Creams — and that strawberry shell is everything. 🥭🍓✨ Save this. 🔖 Recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Makes: 4-6 INGREDIENTS - 1 ripe mango - 190g FAGE Fruits Mango & Passionfruit yoghurt (half a tub) - Strawberries, blended (for the coating) METHOD - Scrape the pulp from the ripe mango and combine with the FAGE Fruits Mango & Passionfruit yoghurt. Blend until smooth and evenly combined. - Pour the mixture into ice-lolly moulds and insert sticks. Freeze for at least 2 hours until completely solid. - Blend the strawberries until smooth to make the coating. - Dip each frozen ice cream into the blended strawberries, allow any excess to drip off, and return to a lined tray. - Freeze for a final time until the coating has set.
