You should look into the LandsEnd tote (long strap option, pocket on the outside, and three pockets on the inside) Mine is my analog bag but it doesn’t have the mini handles on the inside. It’s not stiff like the LL Bean Boat and tote plus you can get it personalized.

if you want a little help until you figure out the most perfect tote, I've gotten a tote organizer for a similar bag before. Just be sure to check your dimensions for what will fit best. this one is many pockets, but even just one that's a couple dividers will help with the issue of things falling over in the bag.

The leather vibe feels like a briefcase. Also Kinokuniya has the best tote bags. I need to go see if they have the one I didn’t get the last time because I was feeling a financial crunch.

Check out the Coach Taxi tote. The straps are thinner but so sturdy and you can get inserts from A-zon. I love this bag for so many things
