@shels.plates: I went for a food intolerance test at @JD Testing in glasgow and finally got an answer for the bloating i've dealt with for years (ad) It takes no blood and used no needles. The machine works by measuring the electrical resistance in your skin, scanning through various foods triggers in one sitting. The whole session was quick and one to one and i got a full breakdown of my results on the spot from John which was super helpful It turns out wheat, coffee, tomato, onion and garlic are all triggers for me. The good part is it's not about cutting anything out completely, it's more about understanding what's actually going on and how to manage it day to day and John explained the results and actions with recommendations on substitutions of foods.
