Omg Bec. Glad you went to hospital when you did. How many times do we put things off by self diagnosis. Hope the CT goes well and you’re on the mend soon. Xx

Just a point about Meningitis…often the rash is sometimes the last symptoms to develop with Meningitis. My son had Bacterial Meningitis when he was two weeks old, his rash didn’t develop until he was already in hospital. Sending you love! Orbital Cellulitis is not fun! ❤️

Get well soon!! Yes it’s normal to taste the antibiotics (I think) whenever I’ve had them I can taste them I’m pretty sure it just means it’s in your system

just a note to say that you DO NOT need to have a rash to have meningitis. my partner nearly died just before xmas from pneumococcal meningitis. we thought it was a sinus infection. Not a single rash to be seen. I read hope you're ok Bec. xxx
