My mom died 15 years ago and we got her super 8 videos digitized. Seeing my mom experiencing her first Christmas, her first Easter, so many holidays where she was loved. She showed that love to us, it meant everything to me to see it

this was 1974 as well. crazy to think that my great grandmother has been gone 23 years, and my grandmother 7 years. the girl in the middle is my mother. she and I were twins when I was that age. i feel like I'm looking at 10 year old me. shes currently 62 on hospice with dementia. time is definitely a theif 😩
