I did a 3 day fast and it was happiest 3 days I've had in years. they were so peaceful. noise came back when I ended the fast. it was overwhelming. we're always in spiritual battles but Jesus still covers us

When I first came to Christ in 2025 I felt it heavy to fast from all electronics, to read the word for the first time, & live in the moment. Took a 3 month break & it was such a blessing felt lighter and happier and healthier. Couldn’t have done that without Jesus; my self control and discipline was crap before Jesus. probably should do it again soon here.

This reminds us that even in the darkest and most challenging times, God is with us, and He is our comfort and our guide. As it's written in (Romans 8:38-39) "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." This verse assures us that nothing can separate us from God's love, and that He is always with us, no matter what we're going through.. IN JESUS NAME WE SAY?

The timing of this video is crazy because God has been calling me to spend more time with Him lately and to truly give Him my time and attention instead of indulging in mindless doomscrolling and being on my phone. I’m old. I grew up in the 80s where none of this was around and life was richer, simpler and we had healthier ways to cope (most of us). Technology is great, but in moderation.
