Opened it again. No words came out. And honestly. That was all the confirmation Bonnie needed. "You do." Spider-Man groaned. "This is a disaster." Bonnie laughed. A real laugh. The kind he secretly loved hearing. Then she stepped closer. Close enough that even through the mask, Spider-Man forgot how to breathe. "You know," Bonnie said softly. "What?" "I think I like you too." For the first time. The hero who could stop speeding cars. Fight criminals. And swing across the city without fear. Completely froze. And Bonnie smiled.
