I live 2 miles from it. IMO it’s just a bunch of wayy overpriced knickknacks and food. Better off going to the shell across the street

My driveway is 4 miles from there and its now "new". Its been here for decades, rebuilt with a grand reopening in 2024 from a full loss fire. That's when the bar, lounge, coffee and ice cream shop and stage were introduced. It's bigger then the old one but it lost all its personal charm that made it such a great place to work or visit. Im so tired of hearing about "she bult the place, she put it on the map, all this is because of Dolly." All that's been added is a bunch of bedazzled tumblers and too many people rolling in and out of our small town and its not promising. We came to a small country town for a rreason. If we wanted to live in a tourist town we'd of moved to Nashville or Pigeon Forge. Sorry not sorry.
