thee Jose Saramago part is what stood out to me most. there is a term called "sandbagging" essentially,that is what saramago was doing. I utilize the same practice when it comes to setting goals. set the goal,that is low enough to reach,with thee intention of surpassing that goal.at the end of it,you aren't discouraged,and motivated to do more. love it brotha!!! keep doing what you are doing💯💪
