I’ve seen it happen before, like with my client who was a Product Director in Seattle. She was drowning in work and wanted more people on her team. She’d been told “no” or just ignored and was ready to quit. But after working with me and preparing a strategic conversation to ask for what she wanted, her VP approved two new roles.
