The solution is simple but takes balls…pardon the pun. We may not have the votes in Europe but we have all the power. And what are FIFA? Nothing. UEFA should resign and we can have a euros every 2 years and /or an expansion of the Nations League. We could even invite champions of other federations. We can do this until a new world body is formed and we have all the power to do this. Another area where Europe needs to stand up and flex.

The World Cup cannot exist without UEFA and European teams, it's as simple as that. When 6 of the final 8 teams are European, you cannot hold a legitimate tournament without Europeans. UEFA needs to break away and form some sort of UEFA Invitational Cup as a World Cup alternative, with invites essentially given out in the same way WC qualifiers work and a long term aim to create a more transparent and less corrupt world governing structure.
