you need to cook on lower heat and use some butter or olive oil in the pan first, and let it melt/get hot before adding eggs. Move the pan around to spread the oil/butter. It will keep it from sticking like that 🙂

I use just enough butter to coat my pan & the sides of the pan, and I use an old little pan that i've had for yearssss 😅 and start on heat 5 to get the butter starting to simmer, scramble eggs & season in bowl and pour into pan, then turn down to heat 3/4 and let it cook on the bottom, then scramble the eggs around until cooked how i like.

You see all that smoke coming off? Turn the heat down. You’re burning them lol try adding a bit of butter or oil to the pan before cooking

to make scrambled eggs just but it on medium or medium high, use a plasic spatula cause metal scratches the pan and just keep breaking it up and move it around...scramble it
