The reason the shaken espresso line of drinks are always inconsistent is because theyre they’re the only drinks that don’t have proper measuring. Like refreshers, lattes, and frappes. The only thing that is measure is the pumps and amount of shots. The ice gets a bit inconsistent and some people shake too little or too much. Some people put a little bit of Milk and some too much
