Just create a progress.md file, tell each of them to update as they go…they see what’s being done and what’s not. Tell them to create plans there and not conflict when implementing (where overwrites happen if not). Keep it simple

use my mcp and tell it for the sub agents to use the memory system for all processing and use it to keep each other in check to what the others are working on. tell it to updates its harness instructions and embed the mcp for internal subagent communication and tada

This is a problem you’re creating yourself. If you design your tasks correctly you shouldn’t have overlap. You can also just tell an agent to be an orchestrator for sub agents and your problem is solved
