Cheesy Garlic Rolls 🧈🧄 (9x13 pan) Dough Ingredients~ -4 1/2 cups all purpose flour -1 packet instant yeast -2 tbsp sugar -1 1/2 tsp salt -1 cup warm milk (110 F) -1 large egg -3/4 cup unsalted melted butter Garlic Butter Cheese Filling~ -1 1/2 cup unsalted softened butter -7 Finely minced garlic cloves -Finely chopped parsley (to your liking) -1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella -1/2 cup shredded cheddar -1/2 tsp salt -1/2 tsp garlic powder Topping after baking~ -2 tbsp melted butter - Finely chopped parsley (to your liking) -1 clove of minced garlic -Extra cheese for sprinkling Dough Instructions: -In a large bowl mix warm milk, yeast and sugar (Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy) -Add flour, salt, egg, melted butter and beat or knead by hand 8 to 10 minutes until dough is elastic -Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour Garlic Butter Cheese Filling Instructions: -In a small bowl mix soft butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt and garlic powder Making the rolls: -Punch down the dough and roll into a 12x18 inch rectangle -Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the surface and sprinkle with shredded cheese -Cut into 1 1/2” inch wide strips and roll each strip into a spiral to form individual rolls -Place rolls evenly spaced in greased pan and cover with plastic wrap.
