Its the society not the individuas in power. Go down to Kenya and see how ready any person is to commit anything when it comes to money. every time there is an audit and a large amount of money is lost like billions the society Stays silence and they don't give s*** about it because it's the way they leave whenever they get the chance to do corruption anybody does at any level. its so saddening they don't see this. They should first check themselves. One of the easiest ways to become rich in Kenya is to become politicians. Coz you can buy your vote. no matter what you promised u can get away.
