Mum + sister came over so I needed something quick, easy and a bit special. This did the job in 10 minutes 🫒@Marks and Spencer OLIVE, FETA, PISTACHIO & HARISSA DIPPING OIL - adapted from M&S 50g shelled pistachios | 100ml Greek olive oil | 4 tbsp balsamic | 1 lemon, zested | 1 tsp everything Greek seasoning | 1 tsp rose harissa | 50g chopped kalamata olives | 30g diced feta | 2 flatbreads | salt & pepper Toast + chop pistachios → mix oil, balsamic, zest, seasoning, harissa → stir in olives + feta → top with pistachios → warm flatbreads / crunchy crisp’s and dunk.
