For me I love my small home.Its on almost sixty acres,I have chickens goats and a huge pig.hopefully soon I'll be able to have a sustainable garden,I adore flowers and plants.

Regular house. Because if you live in a condo town home you don’t know how your neighbors live and critters can get in. People know your schedule. I can’t hear anything or anyone everyone lives on different schedules.

House....with no HOA fees....you can paint, hang up anything on the walls even remove a wall without asking permission. You can do whatever alterations you want...it has outside space and no neighbors up on your walls listening to your every move or complaining because you too loud...

Condos are nice but wouldn’t like for long term, I prefer a regular single story house with a decent yard for space and privacy .
