So even if there was a second killer (which I don’t believe at all) BK would still be guilty and in jail bc he was involved. Also why wouldn’t BK say someone else was involved at trial or in his statement? Why plead guilty? None of it makes sense and it makes me sick to hear that there are even people saying the other roommates were involved in the murders.

I think it's important to remember that he was a post-doc student studying criminology. He knew exactly what he was doing when he pleaded guilty. The right person is in prison, end of story.

I went back and watched your videos and from what I understood when he took the plea he wouldn’t be able to appeal and that it would be a violation of the plea bargain why are they even entertaining this

I was just telling my boyfriend how nice it was to not see his face or hear his name on social media. Then BAM…. This BS. I think Netflix did a nice job on focusing on the kids and not him. Ty for not showing pics of him, his note, or saying his name. ❤️
