Such disrespect. He can't shut up long enough to let the officer explain. Yes, if you make a U-turn on State property on a hwy then they every right to investigate. The center is always posted "LE and State vehicles Only". If you are not from the area, you should show respect for the people of the area..Simple. Police quit arguing with him and arrest him already..

Police are legally allowed to lie to citizens. They use that legal right to violate citizen rights. The law of averages is on their side in terms of people either not knowing this or not following through with lawsuits or complaints.

As a retired cop, I never pulled someone over for looking "suspicious " because that would be an illegal stop. Best i can do is run the plate and log it in the area.
