i wouldnt wear one when i was younger n my boobs started to come in bc i absolutely hated the feeling of them, but was forced to anyways and it turned into me always wearing one, even in my sleep bc it started feeling uncomfortable without one 😭😭 when i turned 18 that changed again and now at 25 i barely ever wear one
