@officiallytracytime: I learned all about light therapy at the spa on my recent cruise. I took that info and found that I could get this INIA Glow Face, Neck and Chest light therapy mask set for less than what one session would have been at the spa. Absolutely worth it when it will pay for itself in one use and now I can do my light therapy no matter where I am. Now just to read up to see if serums go on first or after I use the masks.
