In my experience at work, SVT can cause low blood pressure when you’re in it but isn’t caused by it. It is usually caused by a messed up conduction pathway in the heart, and sudden body movements can bump you into/out of it depending on the person (the way holding your breath and falling back knocks you out of it, leaning forward fast can “bump” you into it). Lots of people get triggered when exerting themselves, moving in a specific way like you do, or being out of breath due to other medical things, etc. It could also be electrolyte imbalances or if you consume a lot of caffeine. An ablation is usually very minimally invasive and very successful, but it can be a lot if it doesn’t actually bother you too badly day to day!

Ask your doctor for a loop recorder that is how we figured it out I had 250 episodes of svt in a month

Do you check blood sugars too? And had hormones checked lately? I get issues really bad around my cycle I don't think I have what you have but my thyroid is pretty much dead and I constantly feel like rapid heart issues and blacking out especially when any hormonal changes through the month. My daughter just found out she has reactive hypoglycemia and it will be fine some months and some months it's worse esp around her cycle she takes glucose tablets and has to drink something like juice and then eat a protein. She says she gets shaky, dizzy and rapid heart issues

I’ve never dealt that but dealing with thyroid issues I started having trouble with my heart my heart rate goes irregular and flutters

Mine does that. Also if I stand up too fast I pass out. I always had low blood pressure until recently.
