means the dog goes back inside and owner pays a cancellation fee since you already traveled there and had the dog and wasted gas. If you’re open to it and they end up wanting dog groomed still I’d probably still groom the dog but make note in its file -that would annoy me way more if I was a mobile groomer and I say that as a non-mobile groomer 😩
